The viewing and buying experience of an EV with Magnus and Martin from ERLS Vehicles was one of the most friendly and relaxed I've ever done. Right from the initial contact thought to vehicle pick up, both were accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable about their cars, particularly Tesla's.

I was completely new to the EV world, but, after emailing them with some initial questions, was invited to their showroom for a casual chat about EVs, solar and off-grid storage and a demo drive of the type of EV I was interested in, all without the expectation of committing to a sale.

Not long afterwards, they listed an advert for a great looking, competitively priced Model S, which after a test drive, I was more than happy to purchase from them. Although the car was 7 years old, it was in immaculate condition and any concerns about manufacturer warranties ending shortly were mitigated by the range of extended warranties they offer in addition. Also, knowing they are local to assist with any further questions or possible future repairs/minor service items is great piece of mind.

I would happily recommend ERLS Vehicles to anyone in the Northamptonshire area and beyond interested in stepping into the EV world.

I purchased a Model S 90 from Magnus at Erls and I have to say it was very refreshing to visit a dealership that isn’t constantly trying to sell you everything! They talked me through options regarding purchasing and warranties in order to make sure I could buy with confidence.

Bought a used blue 2019 AWD LR TESLA Model 3 from ERLS. The Father & Son team, which is focusing on the used EV market, give an unparalleled personal service. They aim ( and manage ) to be Advisor/Mentor/Guidance on the road to purchasing an EV ( a leap into the unknown for most of us ) rather than being just another used-car sales-man. They strive to do their bit to make the world a better place by offering affordable emission-free EV's to people on smaller budgets. This eco-friendly perspective is proudly reflected in their environment-friendly showroom which they constructed themselves during the pandemic. On top of that the finance-provider which they use gave me a lower rate than any other quote I received from the various other car-finance companies. Point-of-contact for me during the purchasing-process was son Magnus. As a former TESLA-employee he has an extensive experience with EV's and with TESLA's in particular. When taking delivery of the car he took his entire day out to go through the ins-and-outs of the car and made the whole experience very smooth indeed. The intention is to purchase another EV in the near future to replace the remaining petrol-guzzling car in the family - I will definitely return to ERLS to find the right one for us !

Can't recommend Erls Vehicles highly enough. Genuine environmental credentials 2nd to none. Always willing to impart their special knowledge and to go the extra mile. Always listening, giving time to make sure the customer's requirement comes first. Excellent customer service and honest care; the best I have ever come across. True. Magnus and Martin really know their stuff and keen to transfer knowledge and awareness to their clients. Their enthusiasm is not the hard sell, it comes out of a genuine interest and knowledge of their vehicles aligned with their unmatched desire to satisfy customer expectation. I found their vehicles well sourced and well priced, advertised accurately on-line providing exactly what I had been searching for. Was willing to travel 500 miles! I went to Brixworth to secure a new car but left with the feeling I had secured a couple of new friends in EV motoring and beyond. Keeping up this level of care, the future in sales and for your new EV service facility will surely be electrifying.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with a great father and son team. 1st class communication throughout, they are both very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for them. On the day of the handover, they couldn't do enough and even collected me from my hotel, from start to finish I felt genuinely cared for. My Model S was beautifully presented and it was clear to see that they have a keen eye for only the best examples.

Whilst I didn’t purchase an EV from ERLS Vehicles (I decided to order new), their depth of knowledge on EVs allowed me to confidently purchase one. They’re friendly, informative, and are able to translate all of the jargon into simple terms for a petrolhead like myself!
